I Read: How to find a book

1. On the library homepage, search the catalog for an author or title. 
2. A new window opens for the library catalog and displays the book you searched.
3. Write down the Call Number and Sublocation. 
4. Find the Sublocation in the library using the signs around the library.
5. Find the Call Number in the sublocation of the library.  

FICTION

Sublocation = Genre (for fiction titles)

• SciFi Fantasy, Romance, Historical Fiction, Chills & Thrills, Quick Reads.
• Signs around the library show the sublocations or genres. 

NON-FICTION, MANGA, GRAPHIC NOVELS

Sublocation = Blank

Call Number = Dewey Decimal Classification 

• Non-fiction is shelved in the center aisles of the library. Signs at the end of each aisle show the classification ranges. 
• Manga and some Graphic Novels are also classified using Dewey Decimals.
